A potential 2027 recruiting target for Alabama football, four-star running back Trey Martin is reportedly down to six finalists, per Rivals’ Hayes Fawcett.

Martin is an extremely talented running back that will more than likely shine at any program he chooses. At 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, the talented playmaker’s six finalists include Alabama, Florida, LSU, Ohio State, Ole Miss, and Tennessee, per Fawcett. Martin is expected to continue narrowing down his options this summer, as the rising star would prove to be an excellent fit in the Tide’s 2027 running back room.
Martin is currently ranked as the No. 12 running back and the No. 197 overall player from the class of 2027, per the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He is listed as the No. 7 overall player out of Louisiana as well where he currently attends Franklin Parish.
Alabama continues to target some of the top overall talent from the 2027 class, as the Crimson Tide remain a top landing spot for Martin.
